Position overview

As our UI/UX Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure our digital products are user-friendly and engaging. Key responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes and mockups, collaborating with developers and other cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites
  • Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
  • Work with product managers and stakeholders to define user requirements and project goals
  • Audit existing web properties for quality assurance and compliance with best practices

Requirements

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
  • Experience with web development utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Optional)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, accessibility standards/best practices, and familiarity with responsive design with a mobile-first approach
